Jammies by Oma

The Incredible Growing Baby is finally big enough for her lovely jammies handmade by Oma! Seriously, Nora's paternal grandma made her not one but several footie pajamas, with little collars and finished seams and the whole bit. You can tell Baby was quite pleased with her first night's sleep in her bright green peapod ensemble. Thank you, Oma!

And in other sewing news - Nora's mama had an adventurous encounter with her Pfaff, and made a little pair of very crazy pants. You can see just a little bit of them at the top of this picture. Now if only someone would wise up, and make plain black onesies readily available.

for a black onesie - you might try american apparel - there's a shop on Hawthorne that I know of. Good luck searching!!! Oma is quite the seamstress -- there are a lot of details there (and snaps - they are so tedious! there is much love here hehe)
