Stand By

Hi.

Posting has been sporadic, at best. I apologize. With the advent of preschool and my new job, the precarious balance of our family life teetered, tipped, and slid gloriously into a centrifuge that rotates at approximately the speed of light. The tall people in the house have about 97 minutes each night to clean, launder, organize, bill-pay ... inventory groceries, make lists, pack lunches, read school memos, plan playdates, navigate requests for committee volunteers ... not to mention the regular tending, tickling, feeding, bathing, and loving of Nora.

Dada and I don't see each other much. Even when we're in the same room. An exhausted, "Hi. How are you?" is exchanged in the dark, just before we're swallowed by sleep.

But all is well. Life is rich. Vacations are being pondered. Spring is springing.

Bear with us. News and photos to come!
