The Fine Art of the Raspberry

Nora's first day at daycare was last Monday. Her mama spent the morning breathing into a paper sack, and her daddy madly rationalized the value of "exposing her to safe, new, and different opportunities for socialization" while fighting down a throat cramp or two. In the meantime, Nora spent the day charming the bejeezus out of Fabulous Daycare Lady, and came home with a brand new, critically important life skill.

(Aren't you proud, Grandpa? Your zurbitting brilliance will live on ...)

Forsooth, the zurbit lives on!
Hooray Nora, you make me proud.
Thanks for keeping the family traditions alive.
And now that you can do that, you can do it to your dad!
And your Mom, of course, whenever you get your Zurbit-maker against her skin....

Thanks, Amy, for all the wonderful posts. And thanks Scott for being a dad, and for allowing your Princess to go out into the world....not an easy thing to do.

Love, Grampa Spots
