Weeks to catch up on, here ...
We had snow awhile back. The first flakes were scarcely settled before a certain little girl came bursting through her front door, bundled up and giddy. She galloped down the street, making footprints, pausing only to grin upward, apple-cheeked, eyelashes frosted.
