Big Moment

**Updated! This photo isn't from that morning, but it gives you the idea ...

At 7:36 a.m. this morning, Mama walked into Nora's room to start the day. She fully expected to see Nora's little eyes peering at her over the top of the bumper ... but what she saw was a big, tall girl, standing at the crib rail, one arm hanging over the side, with a look on her face that said, "What? It's time to get up. Where ya been?"

Standing. Up. In her crib.

She's been pulling up, but only on really low stuff in the middle of the living room, with encouragement.

Our girl is bipedal! It's a whole new world, all of a sudden ...

I can almost hear the patter of little feet.

You are beautiful Nora. Don't grow up too fast :)
