A Conversation with Nora

This is a fairly typical conversation with The Empress, these days. Lots of good-humored "No!" and a mouth full of apple sauce. But it does give a hint of how extremely verbal she is. (Right, yes, "I wonder where she gets that." Mm-hm.) It also shows her relatively new ability to recall a story from her day, and relate it to us in language we understand. Granted, mama fills in a lot of the pieces here. But Nora is telling us in more and more detail about her world. Just today, in fact, she ratted out Nonna, reporting that she "Hid daddy's pen!"
